Provence is full of magical places and fabulous castles and it is not surprising that many couples choose this beautiful region of the South of France to celebrate their union. Located in Rognes, 18 km from Aix-en-Provence, Villa Baulieu is nestled in the heart of a 300 hectare wine estate. Renowned for its hospitality, this sublime villa with Tuscan charm combines historic charm and modern comfort. It is this idyllic venue that wedding planner Marie Chicchirichi and floral designer Lettres à Elise Events chose for this elegant and refined editorial, captured by the photographer Alain M .

From Marie, wedding planner: “Refinement, elegance and modernity were our guidelines for this shoot organized in the Luberon in Provence, at the magnificent Villa Baulieu. The architecture of this exceptional family residence has partly guided our aesthetic choices. The design was conceived with the talented Lettre À Élise Events.

The idea was to imagine an intimate wedding by reinterpreting the codes of Provencal marriage. Villa Baulieu is perfect for this. This family home, where you feel at home, is known for its unparalleled hospitality and its magnificent and serene setting ... You forget about time there. A great experience for couples who want a tailor-made modern and elegant wedding!

Mathilde & Théo are a real couple in life. It shows in their looks and their tender gestures, a beautiful complicity revealed by the images for our greatest pleasure. Mathilde wears an Alexandra Grecco vaporous tulle dress from bridal boutique via Olympe Mariage and Théo wears a linen attire from L’Apiéceur. Expert Makeup artist Ylva Langenskiold created a flawless and natural look.

The ceremony takes place in the gardens, around a fountain as backdrop, enhanced with generous floral arrangements.

For the table setting, we played with different materials: the elegance of tulle and linen, mixed with a touch of terracotta, a nod to the warm colors of the facades of houses in the south of France and Tuscany in Italy. We chose French tableware, with silver cutlery and crystal glasses. The stationery was designed by Silent Word Studio , matching perfectly the ambiance.

The delicate floral arrangements is a tribute to English Garden Roses - ‘David Austin’, ‘Yves Piaget’, English Miss ’- with soft and deep tones. Anemones from Japan seem to dance above the compositions of the centerpiece, adding a poetic note to this atmosphere. We highlighted the wedding table, installed in front of the facade of the Villa, thanks to two opulent floral creations placed in Medici vases and installed on extensions.
