Founded in 1203, the former Chartreuse de Valbonne was a monastery of monks - hermits of the Carthusian order. Located in the Gard, in a valley in the heart of a thousand-year-old forest, the noble landmark monument host now weddings and seminars. The solemnity of the place and its walls patinated by the centuries were the setting for the last workshop of Christophe Serrano in which the photographer Marion Pinel participated. A solemn place where elegance and spirituality take on their full meaning
The workshop told by Marion Pinel: I invite you to dive into a universe where modernity, elegance and spirituality take on their full meaning. It was at the Chartreuse de Valbonne, a former monastery in the Gard that Christophe Serrano's last workshop was held, who was able to work with a team of handpicked service providers for this project. I personally fell in love with the monastery and had the chance to offer my vision of the shoot. Thanks to a scenography as elegant as it is modern, the story unfolds easily, the textures and colors are revealed, bathed in Provençal light. An ode to love and poetry.
