From Georgina, wedding planner: The concept for this shoot was to portray an elegant, romantic and sophisticated intimate wedding, showcasing how an intimate wedding is as beautiful and luxurious as one with a larger guest list, with gorgeous details that capture the heart and memory. The ceremony was set in Hawthorn, taking advantage of the natural light in this beautiful intimate space, whilst the elegant tablescape was set with beautiful stationery, flowers, tableware and linens at the bottom of a grand sweeping staircase in Willow.

The colour palette we used was romantic and sophisticated combining a neutral base with mint green and grey, light foliage touches and accents of gold.

Capturing the authenticity of a real wedding that was luxurious and refined, our real model couple were clearly deeply in love with each other, which showed through the imagery. Every detail was considered and with the modern couple in mind, and helped tell the story that intimate weddings may be small in numbers, but they are mighty in love, celebration and joy.
